Cancellation policy:
The deposit is refunded ONLY if the cancellation occurs up to 10 days before the booked date, withholding €10.00 for bank commissions. With the same policy, in the event of a reduction in the number of participants compared to the initial booking, the deposit will be deducted from the overnight stay of the other participants.
If the cancellation is made within 10 DAYS before the arrival date, or if fewer participants show up than those booked, or in case of early departure, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
ONLY in the event of a truly adverse weather forecast (i.e. persistent rain or snowfall starting from the morning) and ONLY with prior agreement with the manager, we can evaluate, by the evening of the 3rd day before, the possibility of keeping the deposit valid until end of the season. Beyond this deadline THERE IS NO REFUND for any reason! The reuse of the deposit within the indicated terms is commensurate with the actual number of those who show up. The amounts paid in addition and not used by actual presences in the refuge will be withheld.
